CAN I CLAIM FREQUENT FLYER MILES/POINTS? If you are a member of an airline frequent flyer programme and wish to have your details recorded in your booking please advise our reservations department who can advise the airline, alternatively you may enter them yourselves directly via the airline’s website. Some airlines restrict the ability to accrue miles in conjunction with fares used by Regent Seven Seas Cruises ®. CAN I USE MY FREQUENT FLYER MILES/POINTS TO UPGRADE MY AIRLINE TICKET? In most cases it is not possible to upgrade your ticket with your airline frequent flyer points. Due to the specially negotiated fares which exist between Regent Seven Seas Cruises ® and the airlines, the airlines do not allow this method of payment for upgrades. WHAT IF I HAVE SPECIAL MEDICAL REQUESTS OR NEED WHEELCHAIR ASSISTANCE? If you have any special medical requests or require wheelchair or mobility assistance, please contact us to discuss your requirements. Airlines now require your contact details by way of email address and/or mobile phone number so that they can contact you quickly in an emergency. It is important that these details are added to your airline booking as should an emergency occur, especially outside our office hours, you would be notified immediately of any operational issue such as a flight cancellation or delay. WHAT DO I DO IF I’M AT THE AIRPORT AND MY FLIGHT IS DELAYED OR CANCELLED? Occasionally situations occur where your flight may be delayed or even cancelled. If you have already checked-in for your flight you must also speak with the airline staff at the airport to ensure suitable alternative flights are booked by the airline. If the airline is unable to assist, or you have not checked in, please contact us immediately using the telephone number supplied in your cruise documentation.

CAN I UPGRADE MY FLIGHT? Yes, please contact our reservations department who will be happy to quote for special upgrade prices to premium economy, business class and first class. Upgrades are subject to availability, routing and aircraft type. Air upgrades apply to international sectors only. Domestic (UK) and internal flights within other countries will be in economy class (unless stated otherwise). CAN I PRE-BOOK MY AIRLINE SEAT? Most airlines do make a charge for allocating seat numbers prior to check-in. Where this is the case, airline tickets must be issued for the airline to pre-book your seats. Air tickets are issued approximately 70 days prior to departure providing full payment and all guest information has been received. Guests must contact the airline directly to pre-allocate their seats and pay any relevant fees. In all instances airline seat numbers are never guaranteed and can be changed by the airline due to operational reasons. Regent Seven Seas Cruises ® will not be liable for any reimbursement or losses. CAN I ORDER SPECIAL/MEDICAL MEALS FOR MY FLIGHT? Special meal requests are the sole responsibility of the guest and must be made directly with the airline via their website or by calling them directly. Alternatively, we can also make this request on your behalf if advised. Special meals must be requested at least 72 hours prior to the flight.
